Quincey is a formidable boss, and you will be able to find him after reaching Gear Score level 37 and above. Here we will see where his exact location is in V Rising.

Before you go ahead to find him, there are two things to keep in mind. You will have to increase your Gear Level, and you will also need some explosives since Quincey is located behind a stronghold. You can increase your gear level by upgrading or finding better equipment. Using the Merciless Weapons and Night Stalker armor set, along with the Mist Signet will help you quickly finish the battle. Besides that, you can craft explosives after getting the recipe from Clive the Firestarter. You can also use your Bear form to break the stronghold barrier instead of using explosives. You can get the Bear form from defeating the Ferocious Bear.
Once you have all this down, you can go ahead and find Quincey, the Bandit King, at the Bandit Stronghold. You can find the Stronghold in Farbane Woods, and you can get past using the Bear or explosives. Once he is defeated, you can use the location to farm Sulfur Ore, Whetstones, and Paper.
