While using your Blood Altar to track down your target, you will be led to the region where they reside, but not to their exact location. Here we will see where to locate Raziel the Shepherd in V Rising.

Raziel the Shepherd will deal with holy damage, which will obliterate you if you get too close without any protection. You should keep some holy resistance flasks or potions with you before you can attempt to take him down. He is also a level 60 V Boss, so if your gear score is not high enough, then you should attempt to get better armor and weapons before you can track him down.
Once you are prepared, you can use your Blood Altar to track down Raziel. You can find him in Dunley Monastery, west of Dunley Farmlands. He is right behind the Church’s entrance, so he is the first person you will come face to face with as soon as you step foot here. Once he is defeated, you will unlock the recipes for Silver Resistance potion and Corrupted Artefact and the Athenaeum structure. You will also get a new power, Crimson Beam, after his defeat.
