You will need to get your hands on Silver Coins to play the later part of V Rising, but if you go too close to silver or spend too much time with the mineral, you will find yourself weakening. To prevent yourself from losing health while dealing with silver, you can fix up a Silver Resistance potion. You can get this recipe unlocked after defeating Raziel the Shepard. Raziel is a level 60 boss, so you will encounter him very late in the game. You will also need to get better equipment and gear score to tackle him down.
After unlocking the Silver Resistance potion, you can use it to give yourself a temporary boost. You will now be able to deal with Silver Coins used for trading with merchants without compromising your health. You don’t have to fret about silver and its effects for time being, since this is something that you will encounter very late into the game.
