After reaching Player Level Three, you can unlock the Pharmacy. The only way you can advance to level three is by completing trials. It doesn’t matter if you pass or fail them, as long as you participate, you can earn XP to level up. After that, make your way to the Sleep Room after completing each trial to unlock the Pharmacy. You can also find the Sleep Room when you’re facing the Terminal and Shuttles. From there, head right till you reach a wall. Go through the hallway till you reach a desk. Talk to the nurse stationed here to get access to the Sleep Room and the Pharmacy.
To use the Pharmacy, you should have a Prescription to purchase medication. You can purchase Prescription using vouchers that you get for leveling up. Just play the game normally and complete trials to earn XP. as you level up, you will get vouchers, which you can spend to get prescriptions and medications. Below are all the medications you can currently buy in The Outlast Trails
Tier 1 Medication
- Instant Use: Use items by holding LMB (PC) instead of picking them up
- Slide: Perform a slide while crouching and moving
- Regeneration: Regain health over time
- Self Defense Technique: Use bottles and bricks from your inventory to escape enemies when grabbed
- Hard Kick: Kick enemies to help your teammates when grabbed
- Stay of Execution: Stops exhaustion while saving teammates from execution
- Run and Smash Doors: Run through open doors or crack locked doors
Tier 2 Medication
Only unlocks after purchasing all Tier 1 Medication
- Expanded Inventory: Increases inventory slots up to 4
- Doors Basher: Bashes locked doors with two hits
- Breaching Technique: no stamina loss while bashing doors and objects
- Speed Boost: Increase your run speed
- Endurance: Reduces running stamina loss
- Athlete: Increases max stamina
- Gymnast: Reduces stamina loss while jumping and climbing
- Battery Extension: increases battery life of night vision goggles
- Heavy Training: Increased speed while moving or carrying objects
Tier 3 Medication
Only unlocks after purchasing all Tier 2 Medication
- Stamina Recovery: Accelerated Stamina recovery
- Deep Breaths: Accelerated Exhaustion recovery
- Advanced Regeneration: Increased health regeneration
- Revitalize: Restores max HP to full when syringes or respawns are used (solo)
- Anti-Ambush: Clears out enemies hiding in hidden areas by throwing a projectile
- Medic: Faster revive for teammates
- Resistance: Break free from traps and grappling enemies quicker
