You can pull down the crafting menu mainly for throwable weapons. To do this, hold down the B button or the Circle to bring it up. You can only craft one weapon at a time, and it takes about 5 seconds to craft one ammo. So find a safe spot to craft while you are out in the open. It is not recommended to craft during a boss fight, as you won’t get enough time, but after turning a Mage into a World Boss, you will be able to craft as many throwable weapons on the go as possible.
While healing flasks are considered a consumable throw item, you cannot craft them on the same menu as crafting ammo. You will only be able to replenish healing flasks at Obelisks.
