Ghor Lorhotha, Wearer of Tortured Flesh is a named wizard in Salt and Sacrifice. You must begin at the Marega Gredanya boss arena to reach Ghor Lorhotha, Wearer of Tortured Flesh. From there, turn right and enter the entrance on the right side via the stone circle with Luminstone.
Here, you must trigger the thread on the floor and grapple to the right. You may climb the ladder and cross the platforms from here. You must utilise ladders and other platforms to travel until you reach the spinning trap.
