Each of the 8 classes has its unique features and items that you can rely on when you start your journey in Salt and Sacrifice. Below we will take a look at all the classes available.

Duelist | Warrior Class, has high Dexterity and Luck | Crossbow and Rapier |
Highblade | Master of the High Blades, has high Vitality, Dexterity, and Will | Wooden Shortbow, Steel Blade |
Paladin | Heavy-Duty Holy Warriors, has high Vitality, Endurance, and Conviction | Throwing Axe, Palatine Vanguard |
Ranger | Ranged character, has high Dexterity and Endurance | Hunter’s Shortbow and Cross Spear |

For beginners, it is recommended to start off playing as the Cleric, due to its healing abilities and high HP. You can also have the cleric wield both melee and ranged weapons, so you can get a hand at which weapon type you would like to play with next. The Cleric’s armor is light, helping you with mobility, as well as having the ability for wound removal.
