If you wish to trade in players to other teams or bring other players to your team, you can do that under March to October. There is a separate option called Trade Management that you can find on the MTO menu. You will have to first meet the Trade Deadline to use the Trade menu. Under Trade Management, you can check the settings you wish to keep like Team Needs or Positional, then select the players you have your eyes on. You can also choose players on your team that you would like to trade out to other teams, and also hide players you would rather keep for yourself. Now that you have all the settings down, continue playing through March to October till you get an opportunity to start trading. Since you have already managed what you wish to buy or sell, you will now get options based on your choices and you can choose to either accept them or reject them.
