Since the gameplay is very similar to most Souls series, the moveset for your character is also the same. You will have the usual jump, run, and roll options, but now you have the sprint option as well. To use sprint, however, is slightly different than other controls. You will have to press down the left stick for your character to use sprint. You don’t have to hold it down to enable the sprint, as just pressing it will suffice, but to break the sprint, you will need to perform another action. You can either use the jump or roll action to break the sprint animation. This technique is a bit different from other games but is the only way to enable sprint in Salt and Sacrifice. Also, sprinting can drain your stamina, so when you are completely out of stamina, your sprint will stop as well. Your equipment load does not inversely affect your ability to sprint, so you can sprint while having a heavy load as well.
