How to stop Verginia from running away in Sons of the Forest?

Once Virginia becomes your companion which is a long process in itself but she becomes a very useful and powerful member of your team as she can kill mutants and tribe members easily with the shotgun or a pistol given by you. But she can still run away from the camp if she somehow senses danger so in order to avoid that players can use these methods to stop her from running away:

1. Sleep through the day and night

Players simply need to sleep in their shelter and pass the time and hope that they will come back again. It is usually after 24hrs that she can come back but it is not guaranteed.

2. Put a GPS on her

This is one of the best ways to keep track of her in the game as you can always see her location of her on your GPS tracker. This is reliable and makes it less annoying to sleep because it makes the character hungry and thirsty.

3. Restart the game

Players can simply restart the game and load to the past save where she was present near the camp. This process is tedious but at the end of the game there are large groups of enemies attacking your shelter and she can actually provide good help.

That’s some of the ways you can stop Virginia from running away from the shelter in Sons of the Forest. If you find this guide helpful, you can check our website for more such guides and news about Sons of the Forest and various other games.
