The Stone Brick is not a loot-able item in the game, at least we did not find the item anywhere in our extensive play-through during the beta, but you can easily craft the item and it only requires stones, which are available at large in V Rising.
To make Stone Bricks in V Rising, you need to first set up the Grinder. Once you have the Grinder set up, you just need to farm stones from a nearby environment and put that into the Grinder input area. You will have your Stone Bricks.
How to Craft Grinder in V Rising
To set up the Grinder, you need the resources such as 8 Plank, 4 Copper Ingots, and 4 Whetstone. Once you have the resources, click ‘B’ on your keyboard when you are in your castle, then go to Production. Click on the Refinement tab and build the Grinder.
