But crafting Greater Blood Essence is difficult since you will need to gather a certain amount of Unsullied Hearts. Unsullied Hearts are hard to come by, and will only be dropped from defeating bosses who are level 20 and above. Also, the drop is at random, so you cannot guarantee that you will be able to get an Unsullied Heart all the time. This will put you in a dilemma, since crafting one Greater Blood Essence will take a long time.
Greater Blood Essence Recipe Location
Fortunately, there is a way to get the recipe to craft Greater Blood Essence without the need for Unsullied Hearts. But you should be at a very high level since it requires taking down a level 46 V Blood Carrier boss and obtaining the recipe for Greater Blood Essence.
