Evolving TemTems is a fairly easy process, which just requires you to level up your preferred temtem till they reach a specific level. This triggers evolution, and you can get a higher level temtem that is stronger than what it used to be. Their stats get higher after evolution, and they can even learn new attacks in the process. The fastest possible way to level up a TemTem is to use them in battle. You need to keep your TemTem in your team at all times and use them whenever possible. It is not enough to just use them, they need to survive and win the fight to gain XP. Any temtem that has lost fainted, or wasn’t involved will not gain XP.
Once you gain enough XP, you will unlock the next level, and once you reach a certain level, you can unlock an evolution. But not all Temtems will have an evolution, and some will remain the same no matter how much you level them up.
Some TemTems can only evolve if other requirements are met, such as trading them or getting only one gender type of Temtem. You can also use Minimonoliths that you can get from quest rewards or exploration on your TemTem to evolve them.
