Ubisoft is aware of the ongoing problem of Roller Champions crashing and not going past the main menu, and they have released a patch fix for it across all platforms. You will have to update your game and then launch it to check if the issue is resolved or not. 

If you are still facing problems, there are a few things you can do.

Console:

  • Restart the game and console
  • Do a clean reboot by turning off your console, unplugging it, then replugging it in the socket after a few seconds. 
  • Check online for server status
  • Delete all saved data for Roller Champion and restart the game
  • Uninstall and reinstall the game

PC:

  • Run the game as Admin by going to the game folder and finding the .exe file. Right-click on it and select the option to Run as Admin.
  • Use Ubisoft Connect to repair and verify the game files
  • Restart your game and system
  • Uninstall and reinstall the game
  • Reboot your internet connection
  • Check if your GPU drivers and Windows drivers are updated
  • Check if your anti-virus/ firewall has whitelisted the game
  • End any unnecessary background activities. 
  • Check online for server status. 
  • Enable Vsync with fullscreen, and set Hz for the screen monitor
