Sniper Elite 5 is the Rebellion Developments’ latest third-person tactical shooter game where players play as Karl, a snipe, and complete various missions and challenges throughout the game. The Campaign Invasion added new danger elements to the game, and this guide will discuss how it works in Sniper Elite 5.

Sniper Elite 5 New Campaign Invasion Mode – What is it?

In Campaign Invasion, the invaders have an entire skill tree equipped with unique skills, and your Ranks are also unlocked based on your invasion performance. You can also customize your character with outfits and loadouts before you invade. Go to the ‘Axis Invasion’ menu to customize your character. Once you are done, go to ‘Invasion Search’ and select a game to invade.

In Campaign Invasion, not only do you invade, but you get invaded. During an invasion, you’ll see a phone on your minimap, and it works only during your invasion. These phones are pretty tricky to use as they work two ways. You can see the invading player’s location through the phone. It provides an approximate picture of the location; if you use it repeatedly, the invader can also find your location through the phone. You’ll find a lot of phones scattered throughout the Campaign Mission but use them carefully. If players perform actions during invasions, they will rank up faster than regular.

If you invade someone else, you can use the phone after 5 minutes of the invasion to see the approximate location of the player. If you want, you can set up a trap to catch players off guard using these phones. Additionally, if you are the invader, your sole objective is to kill players, and the more you kill players, the faster your rank will go up. But remember, only the kills you did will be counted to rank you up; the kills performed by AI will not be helpful for you.

That’s all you need to know about how Campaign Invasion works in Sniper Elite 5. If you are worried about the Campaign Invasions, you can check out our guide to get the required information.
