To solve the Darwin Test, you need to procure three times what she will ask for. Luckily, you can find all these items on the same floor, so you can run around and collect them. Below are all the items you need to collect.
Symbol of the Motherland
There are several doors around the desk where Tereshkova is. Go around and find the room where there is a golden statue. Scan the statue and you will notice it holding something up in the air. Use telekinesis to bring the Hammer toward you
Sprout of the Motherland
There is a room that has carbon dioxide explanation and presentation on the walls. You will find a sprout in the right side corner of this room. To get the sprout, head over to the weighing scale on the left side of the room and step on it, this will lift the glass. Use telekinesis to bring the sprout towards you.
Voice of the Motherland.
Walk over to the desk where Tereshkova is and find the radio that is spewing Russian music. You can use the scanner to find where it is hidden. It is on the floor behind some binders.
Once you have collected all three items, walk over to Tereshkova and talk to her about them. There is no option to hand them in, so you can skip through the dialogs till she finds you worthy of being a human. Once she starts walking away you can follow her to continue with the quest.
