There are a few places you can visit and get Neuroamps. The first place you can go is Neon in the Volii system. Over here, make your way to Ryujin Tower down the street and speak to Aito Suzuki. You have to get the Neuroamp as part of a side quest, so you would have a chance to try it out. You can find Suzuki past the lobby of Ryujin Tower, and if you talk to him he would have a Neuroamp for sale. Another place you can visit in Neon is Newill’s Goods on the top floor. If you check the store inventory, you might find a Neuroamp here.

And finally, the last place you are guaranteed to get Neuroamps is in The Key. You can find Zuri’s store in the Crimson Fleet Stronghold, and she always has a Neuroamp for sale.

How to Use Neuroamps in Starfield

You can equip the Neuroamp the same way as equipping apparel. Head into your inventory and select the Neuroamp to equip it on your character. There are three types of abilities or amps that the Neuroamp can give you.

  • You can use Neurocom to calm down your opponent and use Diplomacy.
  • If you are looking for a fight, you can use the Neurotac amp to Instigate them.
  • Last, you have the Neuroboost amp to Intimidate and sometimes force them to flee.

There are three strengths to each of these amps, and each strength will give a stronger sense of persuasion while used on the opponent. The least amount will give you 5% persuasion power, while at max you can gain 15% persuasion power.
