This might lead to some confusion, but it’s nothing to worry about, as another name for the Ring of Oath is called the Dark Moon Ring. It is an item that is required while completing Ranni’s quest. The Ring of Oath is locked away in Rennala’s Tower, and you will need the Discarded Palace Key to have access. You can find the key in Nokstella, the Eternal City, after defeating the Baleful Shadow. You will have to progress quite a bit through Ranni’s quests till you can reach this point. After acquiring the key, head back to the Raya Lucaria Grand Library’s Site of Grace and use the key to open the chest in the area.
