The Perfumer set of cookbooks is a special list of recipes that consists of mostly fragrances that can help you to defeat your enemies. To find Perfumer’s Cookbook [2] which lets you unlock two fragrant items, namely Poison Spraymist and Bloodboil Aromatic, you will need to head to the Shaded Castle in Altus Plateau.
Find the Old Altus Tunnel and head north to find the Bridge of Iniquity on the way to the Shaded Castle.
