Nature is the attribute that the Pokémon is born with, and you can check what Nature your Pokémon has by heading over to its menu. To do this, head to the Pokémon menu by pressing the X button, then select the Pokémon you wish to view. After that, click on the View Summary option, and under that, you will find the Memory option. This is where you have to go to find out your Pokémon’s Nature. You can also check what stats are being influenced by your Pokémon by heading to the Moves and Stats tab under the Summary option. The stats that have the up arrow means you have increased in those stats, whereas a downwards arrow means a decrease.
If you are not happy with the stats you currently have, you can change the Pokémon’s nature by buying and giving it Nature Mints. You can get mints across all Chansey Supply Shops, but you need to get 6 gym badges before you are eligible for it. You can run into these supply shops in Mesagoza, Cascarrafa, Levincia, and Montenevera. It will cost 20,000 Poke Dollars for each Mint type. You can find the mint to feed your Pokémon in your inventory, under Other Items.
If you do not have the required Pokedollars to purchase the Nature Mint, you can always reroll your Pokémon. Before catching your preferred Pokémon, save your game, then enter the battle to capture it. If the stats do not match what you are looking for, load back to the last save to try again. This method is a bit longer, but you don’t have to spend time purchasing mints. Another way to try for a Pokémon of your preferred nature is to breed it with a Ditto. After capturing the Pokémon you want, find a Ditto that has the stats that you need. Breed them together to get the offspring with your desired Nature. You should ensure that the Ditto has an Everstone on it so that the offspring will inherit the Ditto’s nature.
