For Pokémon Scarlet players, you need to head over to Area Zero to find Flutter Mane. You can find this area around The Great Crater. There is a Zero Gate Research Center here where you can head into and visit the other Research Centers in the area. You can select either Research Center 3 or 4 to find Flutter Mane. If you visit Research Center 3, you can head to the left side of the Center’s exit to find a cave where Flutter Mane will be. You can also visit the smaller caves in Research Center 4 to find them.
Flutter Mane is a Ghost/ Fairy type Pokémon and is weak to other Ghost and Steel Pokémon. You can use either of these Pokémon to weaken it quickly. Even though it is known as Paradox Misdreavus, Flutter Mane does not evolve from Misdreavus. It cannot be hatched as well, so the only way you can get it is by catching it or by trading it.
