My Time at Sandrock, the second installment in the ‘My Time at’ series, is a relaxing, fun game that takes the players to a desert where players play as builders and explore the world. During their journey, they need to collect resources, craft items, and complete quests; but none are intense. Though it’s a fun game where there are no challenging enemies exists, sometimes the in-game characters faint.
This guide will help you know why the characters pass out in My Time at Sandrock.
Reasons for Characters’ Fainting in My Time at Sandrock
No matter which game, passing out is not at all a good sign. It indicates you are doing something wrong. It is true that in My Time at Sandrock, no enemy can severely hurt you that you faint from injury, but other factors cause the character to pass out. Below we’ll give you the reasons for your character to faint in My Time at Sandrock–
Medicines Cause Passing Out
A very common reason for the characters to faint is taking medicines to complete the Medicine side quest of Dr. Fang, the anti-social doctor of the game. This side quest is required to improve your relationship with him. You’ll get the side quest every Wednesday day and Friday. You have to choose one of the three medicines to drink, and it’ll sometimes unlock new potions for his store. But drinking these medicines will cause you to faint every now and then.
Exhaustion Causes Passing out
In the game, there are a lot of resources to find, and some of them are difficult to find. So, if you are finding resources even after 3 a.m. your character will faint out of exhaustion. Sometimes, your character will get dark circles under their eyes as Sleep Penalties, and only sleeping on time will remove them. This is the game’s reminder to the players that they have to take care of their health in the game. They can’t ignore their stamina and health for gathering resources and crafting items. Alternatively, the dark circles can be removed using cream. But you need to spend Gols to buy the cream.
These are the reason for the characters to faint in My Time at Sandrock. If your character is also passing out frequently, and you don’t get the reason, check out our guide for help.
