My Time at Sandrock Stamina Guide – How to Regain and Increase

You will want to stock up on your Stamina if you wish to do a variety of activities around Sandrock, like crafting, gathering, mining, and foraging. Here we will see how to regain and increase your Stamina in My Time at Sandrock.

When you first start the game, you will be left with 300 Stamina, which you can plan and use while exploring the game. But if you find that you have run out quicker than expected, there is a way to regain it. All you got to do is go to bed and sleep in the game. You can put your character to sleep by going to the bed in the Workshop and selecting the option to sleep. This will reset your day and your stats, which will also replenish your stamina to the max. But this method will also advance your day, so if you are not done exploring in the previous day, then you will lose out on one day’s worth of work. If you don’t wish to waste your time sleeping, you can instead rest on any furniture around, whether at home or outside. But this process to regain stamina is very slow, so it is not always recommended.

Another way you can try out is to eat. Eating certain foods will give you some amount of Stamina. It won’t be much, but it will be enough to complete any task you have left behind. You can check the amount of stamina you will regain by examining the food before consumption.

To increase your max stamina, there are a few things you can do. Leveling up your character will automatically increase your max health and stamina, giving you more to spend. Placing furniture and making your house more inviting will give you a tiny increase in stamina. After level five, you get to unlock the Knowledge tree, which you can use to place XP received in your skill tree. There is a Stamina skill in the skill tree under Gathering, and if you place your XP in it, you can increase your max stamina. There are other skills that you can improve, and sometimes those will help in regaining stamina every time you act.

That’s all there is to know about Stamina and its use in My Time in Sandrock. If you like this guide you can check out our other guides as well.
