Sometimes you will feel like swapping teams if it is not working out for you. If you wish to place your players in different teams, there is an option in Franchise Mode that will help you. Before you start your first Franchise Mode save file, make sure that you turn on the option for Force Trades. With this on, you are free to make your choice in whatever trade you wish. This option is permanently set for that particular save file, so in case you have skipped it, you will have to manually start a trade yourself. Look for an icon that resembles a handshake called Acquisitions, you can find it on the top right corner of the Franchise screen. You now have three options to choose from under trading; make a trade, view trade block, or update trade block.
If you are choosing to make a trade, you can place the athlete that you wish to swap and wait for the right offer to make an acquisition. If you choose to use the Trade Block either under viewing or update, you can check which players have been sold to which teams and also place your offer to see what comes by.
