There are a few methods you can try to heal your character in Soulmask. The earliest way to heal is by eating cooked and uncooked food. Uncooked food like nuts and seeds and cooked meals like meat can help restore some amount of health. You can learn how to harvest meat after unlocking the butcher’s knife and cooking it on your bonfire. If you are wounded, you can scavenge or craft bandages. You can collect bandages off the bodies around enemy tribes, and later craft them at a workstation
Later in the game, you can learn how to craft potions. The brewing station can help you craft intricate potions for healing more complex status effects like poisoned, infections, and such. But assembling the brewing station and also collecting the materials required for crafting potions will be difficult. As such, this is a late game activity, and you have to unlock most of the map to gather the necessary materials.
