There are plenty of missions that you need to complete in the game, which will reward you accordingly. There are some specific missions where you will receive some Servitors that you need to progress at the construction projects in the Manufactorum.

To check if a mission offers Servitors as rewards, you will need to look at the description of the mission before accepting it, where you will come to know if you will get them on successful completion of the mission. To do this, go into the game screen and open the Star Map. The missions will be marked in green, with a Blue Mission Information Icon, which you can click on to check the rewards offered by the mission.
Under the Rewards tab, you will be able to see all the rewards that the mission offers. Sometimes, it can offer up to 10 Servitors, so make sure to complete the missions that do so in order to get as many of the Servitors as possible. You can farm these missions according to your needs of Servitors.
The other way to get more Servitors is by repairing the Augmentation Chamber, where you can produce these items. To repair the chamber you will need to have obtained at least two Servitors already. Locate the Augmentation Chamber under the Support System tab in the Manufactorum, and click to repair it. This is a process that will take 12 days, after which you can make more Servitors.
