While exploring the buildings in any of the campaign quests, you might come across safes that you can crack open. Before you do, you need to find the code. You can come across a few safes while trying to complete the Alone mission as well. The one you should be keeping an eye on is the one that can be found in the El Maistro Garage.
To find the right place, after reaching the El Libertino bar and eliminating all the guards, exit through the door by the kitchen. You will use this way to find the tunnel and make your way to the church. You will find an open door on the side, and if you enter it you will find a white car.
Jump past the car towards the small kitchen on the left side. You will know you are in the right place when you spot a safe near the microwave. Now look around for a computer, you can find it beside the kitchen area. Check it out to know the code. Head back to the safe and input the numbers 37-60-80. Pick up the crossbow and the throwing knife.
