It’s a good idea to do these quests just to make it easier for yourself on the main game, as well as have a more complete experience of the horror video game.

As you progress through the story, you will find yourself outside the Shibuya Central Hospital where there is a spirit that you can interact with. From this spirit, you will receive a quest called the ‘Haunting Visions’ side quest that you can complete.
The first thing you will need to do as part of this quest, is enter the hospital to defeat the enemies inside. You will need to be thorough, so clear the bottom floor and take the hallway on the left to use the elevator up to the fourth floor. The room you need to enter is 403, where you will find a character called Misaki who you can interact with.
Descend to the third floor and defeat all the enemies that block your way to find the kitchen. Beyond it, you will find the cafeteria and finally, the office. You need to use your Spectral Vision to read the three notes on Owada which contain a password. There is a sealed door outside the office on the left side that you need to open.
The password, if you’ve cracked the code, is 74398. Punch it in. There is a hole in the wall where you will see Owada in the hallway. Monsters will appear here that you need to fight. Once all is clear, you can talk to the NPCs Misaki and Owada.
