Enabling Twitch drops can grant you exclusive weapons and gear, and all you need to do is watch a couple of hours of a Twitch stream. You will first need to complete a couple of steps before you can get these items in the game.
You will first have to link your Twitch account and your Frontier Accounts together. To do this, go to the Frontier Store’s website and select the option to Log In. If you don’t have an account, then you will need to create one. This should be the same account that you use in the game, otherwise, you won’t be able to claim your rewards. Once you are logged in, click on the option for Link your Twitch account. You can find this option on the next page. If done correctly, you will get notified that your Twitch is now linked to your Frontier account.
Now all that is left is to go and watch any Chaos Gate stream that has Twitch drops enabled. You can also stream any Frontier Developments and watch those to get other exclusive rewards. Some of the rewards that you can get are as follows
