Foulrot the Soultaker is a level 62 V Boss, so you have to increase your gear score if you wish to take him down. He can also use a lot of spectral magic moves, so you should be careful to avoid them. Since he is a late-game boss, you shouldn’t worry too much if you are at a lower level, as you can work on improving your gear score and getting better weapons and equipment.
Once you have reached the point where you wish to battle Foulrot, you can use your Blood Altar to track him down. This will lead you to the Ancient Village, where you will find him roaming around the terrains.
Once he is defeated, he will drop the recipes for Phantom’s Veil, Spectral Dust, and Banshee, and you will also gain a new ability called Mist Trance.
