Below is the list of all the Keepsakes currently available and their uses.
- None: No Keepsake Equipped
- Crimson Amber Medallion: Increases character Maximum HP, especially if using a character build that starts with low HP, like the Astrologer or the Wretch.
- Lands between Runes: Help cultivate for Runes that will help you level up and buy equipment.
- Golden Seed: Increase Healing Flask capacity
- Fanged Imp Ashes: Can help you gather Spirit Ash to summon fallen spirits.
- Cracked Pot: Hands out crafting material to craft various types of Throwing Pots

- Boiled Prawn: Removes/reverses undesirable damage. It is unknown if it will work on Status Effects as well.
- Shabriri’s Woe: If your weapons or spells deal with a lot of Madness status effect, then placing Shabiri’s Woe as your Keepsake can increase its buildup on enemies.
