To get the Front Toward Enemy achievement/trophy, you have to visit the shooting range and activate it. In the process, you will get a surprise, and you need to defend yourself quickly. You can unlock this trophy during Chapter 9: Dead on Arrival, which is when you can unlock the armory after releasing the warhead. Head into the armory and go left, you will find the door leading to the Shooting Range.

Inside the shooting range, you will find the panel to start the target practice and activate it. Now all that is left to do is wait. As soon as the red light starts flashing, you should be on guard, as necromorphs will drop down or spawn at any time. Kill all the necromorphs in the area to unlock the trophy. You don’t need to shoot the targets at target practice, but you need to clear out all the necromorphs instead. Once the red light dies down, you will get the Front Toward Enemy trophy/achievement.
