The Wishbone trophy/achievement requires you to sever a limb using Kinesis and throw it back at the necromorph, but there is a catch to it. Here we will see how to get the Wishbone trophy/achievement in Dead Space Remake.

This trophy is achievable on necromorphs that have weak spots on their limbs, such as the Twitcher, Slasher, and Leaper. The recommended weapon for this achievement is the non-upgraded Pulse Rifle. The best place you can unlock the Wishbone trophy is in Chapter 2. When you head over to the Medical Deck on the fourth floor, there is a barricade that you need to break, and right after that is a save point just before you can trigger the necromorph to appear. This is a great location, and if you didn’t get the achievement, you can start over from the save point.
Head to the door and you will find a necromorph waiting for you. First use stasis to slow it down, then shoot at any limb without hitting the exposed bone. If you keep doing it long enough in the same area, the bone on that limb will be exposed. The Pulse Rifle is a safer bet than the plasma cutter, as the plasma cutter will just sever the limb and not help you with the achievement. Once you think you have done enough damage, try Kinesis to rip it out. If it doesn’t work, continue to shoot at the limb a couple of times till it starts to dangle. Just before it falls off, use Kinesis to rip it out and toss it back at the enemy.
