Pineco Location in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet- Where to Find?
In Scarlet and Violet, there are more than 400 Pokemon to collect, and obviously, not all of them are equally impressive. Still, players need to collect them just to fill the Pokedex. Pineco is like that. This little Pokemon neither looks impressive nor has any impressive power. So, players can only collect it to enrich their Pokedex.
Pineco is a green Bug-type Pokemon found in several locations throughout the Paldea Region. Tagtree Thicket is the best location to get a Pineco. Players can easily locate Pineco there but must look carefully as this little green Pokemon hides behind green grass. It sometimes camouflages so well that you can’t differentiate it from the tall grass around the area. However, besides Tagtree Thicket, players can also get Pineco in the following location marked on the map-
This is West Province (Area Three), and players can usually find Pineco in this area too. However, before looking for Pineco, players need to unlock the Dash ability for their Koraidon/Miraidon because, according to the Pokedex description, players need to shake trees to bring Pineco to the ground. Sometimes, Pineco hides in the trees, so players need to dash the trees to make them fall to the ground.
Now, once you encounter a Pineco, you can either defeat it or capture it. If you want to defeat it and get Pineco Husk for crafting TMs, you can use Flying, Rock, Ground, and Fire attacks to faint it faster. However, if you want to capture it, avoid using these attacks; instead, use other attacks like Fairy, Water, or Dark attacks to weaken and capture it.
