You will be able to get Houndour Fangs early in the game from Houndours, which looks like a puppy. It is a returning Pokemon, and you will find some of them while exploring the region of Paldea. With the help of these materials, you will be able to craft TMs which are used to make your Pokemon more powerful.

In the main story, you will be falling down into a cave and that is where you will first encounter some Houndour. They are quite easily defeated as they are very low-level Pokemon. Once you have beaten it, it will drop 1-3 Houndour Fangs.

If you need more of these materials, you can collect them and build up a stock by taking down more Houndours. You will be able to use them at TM machines to craft TMs and learn new moves for your Pokemon. It’s quite easy to defeat these Pokemon in the early game so get as many Houndour Fangs as you can.
