If you want to catch Wo-Chien in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, the first thing that you need to do is to collect all 8 purple stakes which are scattered across the Eastern side of the South Province. We already have a tutorial on how to find all of these locations in the following guide: All Purple Stake Locations in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

Once you have collected all eight, you can now begin looking for the Shrine that leads to Wo-Chien. You will need to have Koraidon or Miraidon unlocked already by defeating Dondozo the False Dragon Titan in the Path of Legends storyline.

To get to the Shrine, you will need to make your way to South Province Area Five and climb the mountain wall. Navigate southwards by following the edge of the mountain. The Shrine is at the bottom of the cliff, and you can find Wo-Chien here.
