The Black Flame Ritual Incantation will help you summon a circle of pillars around you which are made of black flame, and these will increase the damage dealt to your enemies. You can the power of this Incantation further by using the Godfrey Icon talisman.
You will have the chance to get this incantation, after you have progressed through the game far enough to reach the Crumbling Farum Azula. To achieve this, you will need to get through the to the Mountaintops of the Giants and take down the Fire Giant boss there. Past the area where this boss fight occurred, you will find an NPC called Melina who you will need to interact with in order to trigger the Crumbling Farum Azula.

You will need to play through the Crumbling Farum Azula until you reach the Dragon Temple which you can enter.
