If you wish to take a shortcut, you can visit the Isolated Merchant’s shack located west of the Sweeping Peninsula. One Arteria Leaf will cost you 1000 Runes. You can also buy it from Gatekeeper Gostoc in Stormveil Castle for 200 Runes. The rest of Arteria Leaves can be found by scavenging around the region. You can find one in Mistwood Ruins in Limgrave, on a burial site. Be careful as this site is surrounded by Poison Pods. There is one in Dragon-Burnt Ruins, on a corpse which is also unfortunately surrounded by Poison Pods. You can find it on a stone casket if you keep heading northeast in Dragon-Burnt Ruins.
If you head southeast of Castel Morne in Weeping Peninsula, you can find one Arteria Leaf on a corpse that is guarded by Spirit Jellyfishes. You can also explore the area that is southwest of Liurnia of the Lakes, in and around the forested area. Altus Tunnel, Ailing Village area, and inside Tombsward Cave are other areas where you might have some luck finding some rare Arteria Leaves.
The Arteria Leaf is primarily used for making consumables that will boost Attack and Damage stats. You can use these leaves to craft Exalted Flesh, Uplifting Aromatic, and Bloodboil Aromatic. You will need the Perfumer’s Cookbook and the Deserter’s Cookbook to unlock these recipes.
