How to Get Radiant Coating in Final Fantasy XIV
The function of Radiant Coating is that you can use it as an infusion to power up your weapons. If you have some regular Astronomy gear, you can turn it even more powerful version of Augmented Astronomy gear by simply infusing it with Radiant Coating. However, you will need to locate it first.

There are three main ways in which you can collect Radiant Coating in order to begin powering up your weapons. They can be exchanged for the items Sack of Nuts, Asphodelos Mythos II, or Aglaia Coins, which are objects that can be collected as described below.
Sack of Nuts
This is an item that you can get after completing the quest called Elite Marks for The Hunt which is part of the Endwalker expansion. Once you have collected the quest rewards, you will receive a Sack of Nuts which you can exchange for Radiant Coating.
Asphodelos Mythos II
You will need to take part in the Savage Raid version of Asphodelos: The Second Circle in order to receive Asphodelos Mythos II as a reward. Once you have them, you can exchange the items with Djole in Radz-at-Han, who is next to Nesvaaz to get the ingredients you want.
Aglaia Coins
Complete the Aglaia Alliance Raid, which you will unlock after finishing The Chronicles of a New Era quest. You will be able to get a coin every week which you can bring to Nesvaaz in Radz-at-Han to get a Radiant Coating in return.
