How to Acquire the Eat Egg Emote in Final Fantasy XIV
Final Fantasy XIV usually has events to celebrate the coming of spring and this year is no different. The annual Hatching-tide season will return as usual to celebrate the holidays, running from 13th April to 27th April. With the coming of the event, players will be able to participate in the quest chain that will give them plenty of rewards as well as a new emote.

The Eat Egg Emote is a part of the reward package you will receive when you complete the quest chain, so make sure to complete it. The first thing you will need to do is ensure you are at level 15, which is the minimum level you need to unlock this event. Make your way to Gridania to start the quest Hippity, Hoppity, Happily which you can collect from the NPC called Jihli Aliapoh who is waiting for you at the Mih Khetto’s Amphitheatre.
This is a fairly short quest that you can finish in no time. Follow the quest markers around Gridania until you find yourself travelling south of the Central Shroud which is next to the entrance to the residential area of Lavender Beds. You will find a holiday Fate called Happiness is a Warm Bunny which will spawn here from time to time.
Using the net action button, you will need to explore the area and catch bunnies until the Fate is over, and earn up to ten Fortune Eggs every time you do so. Spend nine of these at the Egg Enthusiast vendor near Jihli back in Gridania, which will get you the Eat Egg emote.
