How Spectral Food Works in Ghostwire: Tokyo

On ingesting Spectral Food, you will notice that your health and your maximum health have increased, but that’s not all. It also gives you a passive buff to boost your abilities which lasts for a short time and varies on what type of Spectral Food you have eaten. The boost that you have picked up with be indicated on your game screen, in the lower-left-hand corner.
You can also combine different types of Spectral Food to enhance different skills, and to keep them going you have to keep eating the same type of food. It’s a good idea to eat just before a big battle. You can find more of these by exploring the city of Shibuya and buying it from merchants in exchange for the in-game currency called Meika. There is an option to increase the number of Consumables you can carry in the Equipment Skills menu in case you’re running out of space to store them.
