Graphics card prices have been on a downward trend for a little over a month now. This fall can be mostly accredited to the ongoing crypto winter. Several coins have lost billions in value, and some others like the Terra stablecoin got delisted after hitting zero. Amidst this scenario, AMD Radeon RX 6000 cards were the first to hit the MSRP mark.
While it is still particularly hard to find an Nvidia GeForce RTX 30 series card exactly at the MSRP mark, their prices have come down by a huge margin.
At launch, the RTX 3090 Ti card was being mocked for being extremely overpirced as it was marked as a US$ 2000 card by the manufacturer, Nvidia. However, EVGA seems to sell the card at a price tag lower than the one asked by the AIB card makers at launch.
The EVGA FTW3 card is a top of the line card in the market, in terms of looks, performance, and temperatures. The card, thus, is priced at $200 more than the introductory price of the RTX 3090 Ti. However, EVGA, at their Memorial Day sale, has slashed the outlying $200 from the price. This brings the card down to a @$1,999.99 price tag.
The RTX 3090 TI FTW3 Black Gaming GPU is the non-RGB variant of the graphics card mentioned above. It is up for grabs at US$ 1,899.99. This makes the FTW3 Black a very interesting choice. It is a great performer, and easily one of the best RTX 3090 Ti cards you can pick up today. However, it does not include RGB. But, at $100 lesser than what Nvidia introduced these cards for, it is more than lucrative.
Other cards currently at the sale include the RTX 3090 FTW3 non-Ultra variant. With another $200 discount, this card is available for $1949.99.
