How to Repair Ship from the Main Menu in Sea of Thieves
To restore your ship to the way it was, you will have to log out of your session and head to the main menu. Over here, click on Adventure and head to the My Ships tab. Select the ship you wish to restore, then after clicking on it select the Restore option. If your ship is in bad condition, you will need to spend some gold for the restoration process. The more damage your ship has taken, the more gold it will ask for.

You can also try to restore your ship by heading to any Outpost and going to the Shipwright building. There is an NPC inside the building you can interact with.
