Born and raised in Japan, Kiriko is the newest character to join Overwatch 2. Her kit offers a teleportation ability and can heal teammates with a specialized skill – even if they’re being targeted by enemy fire. With such an expansive range of skills, it’s no wonder she’s quickly become known as one of the most lethal characters when dealing damage against enemies running low on health.
This guide will cover everything you need to know about Kiriko’s abilities in Overwatch 2.

All Kiriko Abilities
Kiriko’s kit is surprisingly aggressive compared to most support heroes because of the damage she can deal with her Kunais. Kiriko only has to connect with two headshots to kill the majority of Overwatch 2 characters when combined with powerful mobility options like Swift Step. Similarly to Genji and Hanzo, she can climb walls, which, depending on the Overwatch 2 map you’re playing on, can be very handy. Finally, Kiriko automatically heals over time as a supporting character when alone.
Here are some of Kiriko’s abilities:
Kunai:
Kiriko’s Kunai are thrown projectiles that deal increased critical damage. At baseline, each kunai deals 40 damage to enemy heroes with no drop-off range for damage.
Protection Suzu:
The Protection Suzu is a powerful and iconic part of Kiriko’s kit, perfect for saving allies in a tight spots. This charm makes an ally invulnerable for a brief period of time, and also cleanses them of most negative effects, such as anti-heal, sleep, and stuns.
Healing Ofuda:
This is Kiriko’s main healing ability. By targeting an ally, players can fire out 5 healing talismans that will provide a burst of healing to anyone they hit.
Swift Step:
Kiriko’s Swift Step is her only form of mobility and it’s a pretty nifty ability. After a short channel, Kiriko can teleport directly to an ally’s location. This allows Kiriko to get into fights from afar which can be really helpful in a pinch.
Kitsune Rush:
Kiriko’s Kitsune Rush is one of the best support ultimates in the game. It summons a fox spirit that rushes forward, accelerating the movement speed, attack speed, and cooldowns of any allies that step on the path it creates. This can be a game-changing ability, especially in team fights.
Wall Climb:
Kiriko, as a Japanese hero, is able to use her wall-climbing ability to reach greater heights and get the upper hand on her enemies. This particular skill comes in handy when she needs to quickly escape from a dangerous situation or get to high ground where it’s more difficult for her enemies to reach her.
