You will come across the Thunderhead Ruins during chapter 1 of One Piece Odyssey. Upon entering you will notice some electric wires on the floor and it is connected to the doors and the coils. In the middle of each electric wire, you will find a circular disk that can rotate. To rotate the circular disk, you have to interact with the large electric coils. There is a button on the coil that you can press to rotate it. Rotating the disk will reroute the electric wire. You have to reroute the electric current to the doors in the room to open them. If all the wires connect to the door, then the button on the coil will turn red.
There are more electric puzzles on the lower floors, and if you do them successfully you can unlock the chamber where the Thunder Colossus is. To unlock the electric dome and release the boss, you need to deactivate all the electric coils around the dome. You will know where the activation switches are if you follow the electric line from the coils to their destination.
