Mos Espa is a place in Tatooine, which is where you have to head over to find the Datacard. You will come across Mos Espa while doing the missions in Episode I: The Phantom Menace, which is quite early in the game. Head over to the northernmost point of the map and look west till you can spot a high-rise building. You will have to walk behind the building till you can spot an alleyway you can go through. In the corner of the alley, there is an opening. Use it to get inside a small room. Look around and you will stumble upon the Datacard here.
