The newest Lego game lets you unlock multiple characters across different areas in the game and use them. This guide will take you through the process of how to unlock Federal District Characters in Lego Star Wars: Skywalker Saga.
Federal District Character Unlock Guide in Lego Star Wars: Skywalker Saga
One of the areas where you can collect characters is the Federal District in Coruscant, and it is quite a unique area as it provides 10 unlockable characters, some of whom are part of the main story. However, this list contains the ones which you will not come across in the main mission, and you will need to search for them to unlock them all.

Yaddle
You can find Yaddle inside the Jedi Temple after completing a side mission called Tuskens and Dragons.
Jocasta Nu
There is a puzzle and a side mission that you will need to complete to unlock Jocasta Nu. The Secret of the Archives puzzle can be found in the Jedi Archives room in the Federal District, and the Stolen Knowledge is the side mission that you need to finish to recruit this character.
Luminara Unduli
You will need to complete the side mission called Taxi Unfair where you will have to speak with the Transport Official. Finish the task to get Luminara Unduli.
Aurra Sing
There are several things you will need to do to get this character.
- Complete Episode II of the game.
- Visit the places Niima Outpost on Jakku and Federal District on Coruscant
- Complete the puzzle Secret of the Archives in the Federal District.
- Complete the Stolen Knowledge side mission in Federal District.
- Complete the Secret of the Archives II puzzle which you can find in the Jedi Archives room.
You will unlock Stolen Knowledge in the Federal Archives after you complete Secret of the Archives I and II, following which you can find Aurra Sing. Use a Bounty Hunter to speak with and unlock the character.
Mas Amedda
To get Mas Amedda, you will need to do a couple of things as well.
- Complete Episode I, Episode II, and Episode III.
- Complete the Palpatine Portrait puzzle which you can find in the Coruscant Senate Building. Access it via Taxi in the Federal District.
Now, you can speak with Mas Amedda to get the Kouhun Kalamity which is a side mission. Complete it to unlock them.
