There are some restrictions on what can and cannot be transferred from past titles to the current ones. So far transferring logos is the only item that is possible to get across all titles. You will have to ensure that your logo is available in the vault to use across titles. Besides that, almost everything else is non-transferable, as we will see what they are below.
- Stadiums: Any custom-created stadium cannot be used cross title. You can create a fresh stadium in the current title, but you cannot use any in the older titles.
- Tech Test: All progress made during the tech test will stay in the program, it will not be carried over to MLB the Show 22. This is to give all players an equal footing with a fresh game start.
- Yearly Saves: Most players would like to gain access to previous save files from past titles, but unfortunately this is being scratched out from the game. It could be due to the incompatibility of the saves from previous versions that would not work with the current game.
While a lot of players are looking forward to carrying over their previous gameplay to the current one, there are always some limitations in doing so.
