To get the Meteorite Staff, you will need to venture into Caelid’s Street of Sages Ruins. You can find this if you keep going southwest from the area called Swamp of Aenoia. Once you reach, look around for a flight of stairs that lead up to a room, and get inside it. Defeat the enemies inside and go towards the deceased body near the window. If you search it, you will get the Meteorite Staff.
The Meteorite Staff requires only 18 Intelligence and 6 Strength to use, and it has an S in intelligence scaling and a D in strength scaling. It is a type of Glintsone Staff and is useful if your spells rely heavily on gravity. Its Phy score ranks up to 39 while having 60 as Sorcery score. There is no Skill attached to the Staff, and it can’t be upgraded with Ash of War. It is still one of the best early-game weapons to use if your character is intelligence-based.
