Almost all of the human residents of Shibuya have vanished, and players need to pick up the clues on what has happened. In spite of all the unnatural events, there are several items to be found in the game that help you in your quest, as well as collectibles that will prove to be useful to you. This guide will take you through the process of how the Omikuji work in Ghostwire: Tokyo.
How Does Omikuji Work in Ghostwire: Tokyo
You will be coming across several things that you might not know what to do with as you explore the map, but it’s a good idea to collect all of them as they might be useful to you later. One of these items is Omikuji. They are items in the game that are inspired by the Japanese fortunes of the same name, which are written on pieces of paper at Shinto shrines and Buddhist temples.

Omikuji is one of the more unique things found in the game that you can interact with. You cannot collect them, but you will find them in several places scattered around the city. They resemble small boxes and are beneficial to you as a player, so keep an eye out for them.
These small boxes are actually devices that sell you a fortune for 200 Meika, the in-game currency. This is similar to how they work in real life, and you will receive a random fortune when you choose to buy one. You can do so by approaching them and confirming your purchase. Doing so will provide you with a passive boost that lasts for a short time.
